We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product availability issues or payment problems.
Once an order enters production or fulfilment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
5. Made-to-Order Products
Many products sold through Vicky’s Style Boutique are produced specifically after an order is placed.
Because these products are made to order, returns and exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference or buyer’s remorse may not be accepted.
